Resolution: Crew replaced the alarm horn in the generator space and made necessary repairs to alarm in the purifier space to correct the deficiency on the spot. PSCO observed the satisfactory operational test of both alarms prior to leaving exam.

Conduct internal audit to ensure cyber hygiene is implemented on vessel.

Electrical installations shall be such that the safety of passengers, crew and ship of electrical hazards will be ensured. An exposed wire was found on the upper deck of the vessel leading to the bridge house. Captain stated that the wire is an old unused wire from a previous installation. Removal of wire from the point of origin is necessary to ensure no hazard remains.

Resolution: It was confirmed at the attendance of the surveyor that the exposed wire was originated from the removed ex-AIS Antenna cable system, and the old cable was removed entirely at this time, and then found in order.
