A main source of electrical power of sufficient capacity to supply all of those services mentioned in regulation 40.1.1 shall be provided. This main source of electrical power shall consist of at least two generating sets. Inlet casing of the turbo charger on the inboard diesel generator has developed an internal cooling water leak, and the engine should not be operated unless in an emergency. Vessel has one functional generator of the two required. Provide repair and prove proper operation to inboard generator turbo casing to the satisfaction of the attending class surveyor prior to departing the port of Antwerp. 74 SOLAS (04) II-1/Reg 41.1.4
