Inlet casing of the turbo charger on the inboard diesel generator has developed an internal cooling water leak, and the engine should not be operated unless in an emergency. Vessel has one functional generator of the two required.
Provide repair and prove proper operation to inboard generator turbo casing to the satisfaction of the attending class surveyor prior to departing the port of Antwerp.
