PSCO obserbed 1,2 and 3 generators having multiple oil leaks which is pooling oil under generators. OWS Flow Meter Sensor was not operational. The sensor controls the 3 way valve which directs oily water above 15ppm to bilge holding tank. Chief Engineer made appropriate entries in ORB and tagged out the OWS. Parts have been ordered. Vessel has enough bilge tank capacity to make the voyage to Baltimore Safely.
