During exam it was found, (in the fuel tank room aft bilge pocket, center line, starboard side of bilge pocket), that the vessel has a seepage hole that has a constant flow of seawater entering the vessel. Prior to the carriage of passengers vessel must enter dry dock for an ISE and Dry dock Inspection to discover the extent of the damage and submit a repair proposal to the Coast Guard for approval prior to the commencement of any work.

During exam it was found, on the port aft section of vessel hull, that there is extensive damage to the skin of the vessel just above the water line to include structural failure due to extensive damage to the aft port corner of the vessel super structure.
Prior to the carriage of passengers vessel must enter dry dock for an ISE and Dry dock Inspection to discover the extent of the damage and submit a repair proposal to the Coast Guard for approval prior to the commencement of any work.

All equipment, including switches, fuses, lamp-holders, etc., must be suitable for the voltage and current utilized. Receptacle outlets of the type providing a grounded pole or a specific direct current polarity must be of a configuration that will not permit improper connection. All electrical equipment and circuits must be clearly marked and identified. Any cabinet, panel, box, or other enclosure containing more than one source of power must be fitted with a sign warning persons of this condition and identifying the circuits to be disconnected. During inspection it was found various equipment on upper deck was not marine grade equipment (i.e. power strips, bubble machine, fog machine, ect. as well as junction boxes on upper level that were not properly sealed with bare wires extruding from the enclosures. Also to include improper lighting fixture that was either melted or burnt from improper usage on the starboard side of the fuel tank.)
