Found several 1/16" pinholes located sporadically throughout bottom plating. Gouge and plug weld all pinholes to satisfaction of attending USCG Marine Inspector.

Resolution: Witnessed pressure testing to 1.5 PSI of entire barge. Repairs are satisfactory.
