We were informed that the only items burned in the incinerator were oil waste, oily rags and paper. In addition to those items we found glass, metal and gasket material. The Garbage Management Plan needs to designate what can and cannot be burned in the incinerator. Also the control and disposal of medical waste needs to be added.
