The words "FIRE BUCKET" must be stenciled in a contrasting color on each bucket. Fire buckets on board were not stenciled as such, and one of the three did not have an attached lanyard. Stencil "FIRE BUCKET" on each bucket, and attach a lanyard to the bucket missing one to the satisfaction of the attending marine inspector.
