Vessel had 17 child lifejackets on board from production in the year 1988 that were unserviceable. They did have 10 serviceable child lifejackets after the 17 were removed and ordered destroyed. Child passenger count is capped at the number of remaining child size lifejackets on board.

Chemical Testing Compliance Audit identfied the following: 1. No records of pre employment testing. 2. NO records of random testing. 3. No arrangements for Reasonable Cause testing. 4. Proof of Consorsium certificate did not include all crew members as they had recent new hires. The vessel is owned by the city and the results are all kept off site and managed by the city. MSU Huntinging is awaiting results and proof of program compliance from the city.
