The survey shall be such as to insure that the necessary repairs or renewals have been effectively made, that the material and the workmanship of such repairs or renewals are in all respects satisfactory, and that the vessel complies in all respects with the regulations in this subchapter. Vessel reported an pinhole leak in the bulkhead between the starboard #8 and #9 ballast tanks. Vessel shall proceed to Buffalo, NY to discharge cargo then proceed to Erie, PA for winter lay-up. Make appropriate repairs/renewals to bulkhead during winter lay-up 2025 and prior to returning to service.
