Fire hose nozzle was clogged and not allowing water to flow. Provide new nozzle for fire hose.46CFR181.15-10(e)

Shutoff valves, installed so as to close against the fuel flow, must be fitted in the fuel supply lines, one at the tank connection and one at the engine end of the fuel line to stop fuel flow when servicing accessories. The shutoff valve at the tank must be manually operable from outside the compartment in which the valve is located, preferably from an accessible position on the weather deck. If the handle to the shutoff valve at the tank is located inside the machinery space, it must be located so that the operator does not have to reach more than 300 millimeters (12 inches) into the machinery space and the valve handle must be shielded from flames by the same material the hull is constructed of, or some noncombustible material. Electric solenoid valves must not be used, unless used in addition to the manual valve. Starboard emergency fuel shut off pull mechanism was broken and did not work as intended. Make repairs to emergency fuel shut off pull mechanism. 46CFR182.455(b)(4)

Ball valve for the MSD piping penetration in the collision bulkhead was seized in the open position. Penetration in watertight bulkheads should be in good working condition and be able to be closed making the water tight bulkhead water tight.

STBD side aft cleat was wasted on the section welded to the deck. Repair/Replace/Remove cleat

Provide guards for exposed moving parts on the port engine. No guards were affixed to the engine's exposed moving parts.

All vessels except non-self propelled vessels shall be provided with suitable steering apparatus. While backing down, vessels rudder jammed hard to port and could not return to midship. Effect repairs to the satisfaction of the attending marine inspector. 46 CFR 182.30-1

SSDG rear main seal is leaking. Further investigate of seal is needed along with repair/replacing of seal and other parts found to be faulty.

Electrical Panel at Snack Bar had a blank space and needed a blank cover.

First-aid kit had expired products and needed replacing.
