At each inspection for certification and at every other vessel inspection all observed unsafe practices, fire hazards, and other hazardous situations must be corrected and all required guards and protective devices must be in satisfactory condition. The passenger ladder on the bow used for disembarking passengers on the beach is not properly secured to the deck. Make permanent repairs to the passenger ladder on the bow to the satisfaction of the attending CG Marine Inspector. Beaching operations are prohibited until corrected.
