Install appropriate reserve power supply or as an acceptable alternative, provide a VHF FM handheld radio with appropriate charger. The FCC issuing authority for the Radiotelephony Certificate utilized an outdated “How to Conduct an Inspection of a Small Passenger Vessel” checklist. Provide new Radiotelephony Certificate using the updated checklist, revision 2021.02.24. 47 CFR 80.917 (h)
