At each inspection for certification and reinspection the marine inspector shall examine the bilges and other spaces to see that there is no accumulation of oil or other matter which might create a fire hazard. MI discovered multiple areas containing flammable/combustible products which were not being stored properly. Owner/Operator must remove flammable/combustible items from the vessel or place them in a proper paint/flammable locker.
