Submit electrical plans in accordance with PEG E2-23 to the cognizant OCMI for review and approval. 46CFR183.130 835 changed from a 17 to a code 50 as hazardous condition has been remedied, however electrical plans have yet to be reviewed by MSC.

The ladder used to recover an individual had bolts affixed to the same side of the deck opening threshold causing the ladder to hang at a 50-60 degree angle. Vessel needs to install bolts on both sides of the threshold and ensure the ladder is level when it hangs.
