No repairs or alterations affecting the safety of the vessel or its machinery shall be made unless applicable requirements are met. Vessel reported dime-sized hole in the number one port void. Satisfactory temporary repair has been made. Vessel is permitted direct transit to the Olin McIntosh facility for offload of product followed by transit to Bobby's Industrial Service Hook's Yard to enact permanent repairs. Vessel shall not carry cargo after current product is offloaded and shall not depart the drydock without clearance from Coast Guard Marine Inspectors.
