Inspection of the condition of ... on a sailing vessel all spars, standing rigging, running rigging, blocks, fittings, and sails. Vessel's main sail is torn in multiple locations along the belly of the sail and near batten seams. Must be repaired or replaced to the satisfaction of the CGMI prior to conducting sailing operations.

Observed the corner eye in the port after corner of the trampoline had pulled out from the hull. The line keeping the trampoline taut was a frayed in several areas around the port side. Replace corner eye bolt and line the to the satisfaction of the attending Marine Inspector. Passengers are not allowed on the trampoline until repairs are made. 46CFR176.25-1
