Main and emergency switchboards shall be so arranged as to give easy access as may be needed to apparatus and equipment, without danger to personnel. PSCO observer transfer line emergenct switch breaker on main switchboardhas been replaced. Size of new breaker does not match original housing and has exposed circuit and needs to be properly protected.

PSCO observed a broken upper sight glass slowly leaking due to cracked glass from overtightening.

PSCO were informed by master and crew the vessel's #02 lube oil purifier was inoperable due to a crack in the hood. Vessel has already informed company and class, and are awaiting for parts to be delivered. Parts should arrive while vessel is in Canada.

Except for Ro Ro and vehicle spaces; cargo spaces on ships of 2000 gross tons and upwards shall be protected by a fixed carbon dioxide or inert gas fire-extinguishing system. PSCO observed CO2 lines on the cross deck between cargo holds 6 and 7 with substantial corrosion. Provide class report attesting to integrity of CO2 lines.

PSCO was informed by Captain that SVDR was showing a fault and in need of repair by tech.

ONE ISO SOCKET AT BAY 170982 FOUND CRACKED. VESSEL SHALL NOT USE SOCKET UNTIL REPAIR IS MADE AND IS SATISFACTORY TO CLASS.
