Unapproved RPM limiter bypass installed. Engines are to be serviced by certified engine manufacturer to determine cause of RPM limiter being activated. Provide servicing tech report. Remove RPM limiter bypass if deemed necessary by service tech to ensure safety of engines, returning engines to OEM status. 46 CFR 182.200(a)
