The O/O stated that he would need to add cold water to the running boiler to test the safety valve risking cracking it, and opted to replace the valve with a brand new one. The O/O is to replaced the safety valve with a new one and provide paperwork to include valve settings.

Vessel received a letter from MSC dated 21 July 2011 Serial #E2-1102151 stating returned for revision with 25 commments that needed to be addressed to receive final approval and this has not been accomplished. Also, vessel must respond to 2nd MSC letter dated 17 Jaune 2019 Serial #E2-1901775 and address all comments. Vessel must resubmit and receive approval for FMEA, DVT, and PSTP for all required systems IAW 46 CFR 16-62.
