0611: Except where otherwise stated the normal equipment of every lifeboat shall consist of; a food ration totaling not less than 10,000KL for each person the lifeboat is permitted to accommodate. Vessel was found with 08 food rations opened in vacuum packed seal, 74 SOLAS (83 con) III/41.8.12, 17ac.

1275: Where air pipes to ballast and other tanks extend above the freeboard or superstructure decks the exposed parts of the pipes shall be of substantial construction. The ballast vent piping on port side walkway was found with approximately 80 pin holes, the forepeak tank vent has multiple pin holes, the ballast vent for aft peak tank is wasted, ICLL Reg 20, 40ac.

2510: Vessel must maintain a Ballast Water Management Plan that has been developed specifically for the vessel that will allow those responsible for the plan to understand and follow it. Vessel has two Ballast Water Management plans that contradict on another. Not all of the items that required recording are being done. Vessel does not have a Bio-fouling Management Plan.
