Instrumentation shall be fitted for continuosly indicating and permanently recording, when the inert gas is being supplied: .2 the oxygen content of the inert gas in the inert gas supply mains on the discharge side of the gas blowers. Vessel's O2 sensor is not working properly and is giving erratic readings. Repairs shall be completed before use of the IG system for discharge of cargo.
