Vessel was delivered in 1966 and the current stability letter was issued from a sister vessel built in 1965. A stability test has never been conducted on the actual vessel. Modifications were made and a lightships calculation was submitted to MSC in 1999. Additional modifications / engine replacements have occurred in 2011, 2014, and 2018. Vessel recently added 4 layers of fiberglass / resin to the bottom hull, added numerous structural frames outboard / forward, added 2 layers of plywood to the transom, and added one layer of plywood to the engine room flooring. Vessel is currently re-powering both main engines. Provide all documented weights removed and added to the vessel since the 1999 lightship submission to the Marine Safety Center for stability review.
