If, during an internal structural examination, cargo tank internal examination, or underwater survey, damage or deterioration to the hull plating, structural members, or cargo tanks is discovered, the Officer in Charge, Marine Inspection, may require the vessel to be drydocked or otherwise taken out of service to further assess the extent of the damage and to effect permanent repairs. Hull plating in the box void has a 1"-2" crack allowing water ingress. Vessel authorized to transit to OH River CF Industries Mount Vernon, IN (MM 831 OH) to offload cargo. After offloading cargo, vessel is authorized to transit to Mississippi Marine, Greenville, MS (MM 535 LMR) for permanent repairs. Vessel may not load cargo until permanent repairs are made. Repairs to be made to the satisfaction of the attending Marine Inpsector.

Compliance with the standards established by the American Bureau of Shipping will be considered as satisfactory evidence of the structural efficiency of the vessel. A 1/8" hole was discover in the #10 starboard wing void, 2' above bottom plate and 10" after of forward bulkhead, enabling water intrusion into the void space. The hole was temporarily repaired and is holding. The transit plan submitted has been approved. The vessel may transit to Mt Vernon to discharge cargo. After discharging cargo, the vessel is to proceed directly to Mississippi Marine, Greenville LMR mm 538 for permanent repairs. Rounds are to be completed every hour and de-watering pumps kept onboard. 46 CFR 92.01-10(a)

Vessel allied with mooring sail causing a 4 inch wide by 5inche long hole (Approximately) in the vessels hull at the knuckle of the rake on the port side stern. Vessel is required to make repairs as soon as practicable. Owner shall submit a transit plan to MSD Fort Smith,AR prior to transiting to James Marine in Hahnville, LA to initiate repairs to the barge. Vessel shall not be loaded until repairs are completed and verified by a USCG Marine Inspector.

Properly install new hatch pin in the number one stbd void hatch.

Properly repair number two void hatch.

Permanently repair six inch gunnel fracture located in the forward portion of the second void compartment from the stern on the starboard side not later than the compliance date.

EFFECT REPAIRS TO APPROXIMATELY 24" FRACTURE AT DECK KNUCKLE PORT SIDE APPROXIMATELY 6' AFT OF STERN RAKE BULKHEAD.

RENEW OR REPAIR AS NECESSARY AND PROVE OPERATION OF AIR RECEIVER RELIEF VALVE IN ACCORDANCE WITH 46CFR54.15-10.

PROVE SATISFACTORY OPERATION OF RELIEF VALVES ON THE REFRIGERATION CONDENSORS, INTERCOOLERS, AND AMMONIA RECEIVERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH 46CFR91.25-10.

PROVIDE LEGIBLE NAME PLATE DATA ON ALL PRESSURE VESSELS IN ACCORDANCE WITH 46CFR54.10-20.

PROVE PROPER OPERATION OF QUICK CLOSING VALVES IN ACCORDANCE WITH 46CFR151.20-5(F).

MAKE PERMANENT REPAIRS TO THE APPROXIMATELY 24" AND 4" FRACTURES LOCATED INTHE STARBOARD SIDE DECK EDGE IN WAY OF #5 WING VOID DECK HATCH.

INSTALL GUARDS OF ADEQUATE WIDTH TO COVER THE ENTIRE COUPLING FROM THE DRIVING ENGINE TO THE REFRIGERATION COMPRESSORS ON THE PORT AND STARBOARD SIDES.

PERFORM OPERATIONAL TEST OF REFRIGERATION UNITS PRIOR TO DISCHARGING CARGO.

REMOVE UNACCEPTABLE PLASTIC FUEL FILTERS ON MACHINERY INSTALLATIONS.

TEST EMERGENCY SHUTDOWNS FOR CARGO PUMPS, INCLUDING QUICK ACTING CARGO HEADER SHUTOFF VALVES, PRIOR TO LOADING CARGO.

REPAIR SECONDARY REMOTE SHUTDOWN FOR DIESEL CARGO PUMPS AND CARGO QUICK ACTING VALVES.

OPEN, INSPECT AND BENCH TESTS ALL SAFETY RELIEF VALVES FOR #1 AND #2 CYLIN-DRICAL CARGO TANKS AT NEXT GAS FREE CONDITION OF VESSEL.

REPAIR CARGO COMPRESSOR AND COMPRESSOR ENGINE ALARMS

REPAIR OR RENEW BOTH VAPOR QUICK ACTING VALVES ON CARGO DISCHARGE HEADER

DRYDOCK VESSEL OR PROVIDE FRESH WATER SERVICE LETTER.

TEST CARGO TANK SAFETY VALVES.
