The barge has cut out drainage in the hopper pens following the last set of heavy rains. The starboard forward hopper has a circular repair on the forward bulkhead which is not an authorized repair. Vessel will submit a repair plan to crop the circular cutout and repair to the satisfaction of the attending marine inspector.
