Thru-hull inlet below generator was found in the open position with a 3-4 ft hose that was not connected to any piece or machinery allowing for the possibility of the vessel taking on water. Demonstrate thru-hull inlet is completed closed and remains close, remove hose if no longer utilized, recommend that inlet is capped or blanked off.

Due to the repeated history of compliance concerns with the vessel, it has been placed on a quarterly inspection schedule for the next year.
