All closure devices must be readily available and mounted in the vicinity of the vent. 02 ventilation ducts opening in forward engine space were not equipped with means of closure outside of the engine room. The annual drop dead date was 25FEB2025. The vessel has been out of compliance and will need to complete a COI Renewal inspection. The vessel shall carry passengers until an inspection is complete to the satisfaction of the Marine Inspector.
