A self contained emergency source of power shall be provided. The launching arrangement for the port and starboard liferaft is not in accordance with 46 CFR 199.130 (a)(7)(ii). The liferafts are not easily deployable and must be lifted in excess of 1 foot (height) to launch.

Install automatic closing device on door between laundry room and emergency gear locker.
