1430 - Auxiliary Engines - Provisions shall be made to facilitate maintenance and inspection of auxiliary machinery. Upon inspection of the emergency generator it was found that the lower radiator line was leaking water at the rubber coupling connecting the cooling line to the radiator. It was also noted that the containment around the emergency generator contained approximately 1 inch of water.
