A vessel must comply with the structural design requirements, for wood hull vessels Lloyds Yachts and small craft and in accordance with original designs and scantlings. Identified wood rot at the sheer streak where the hull meets the deck. Prior to carrying passengers, submit a repair proposal to the USCG MSD office in Coram NY. The repair proposal must be accepted and repairs must be completed with USCG oversight prior to carrying passengers.

Provisions must be made for closing supply ducts for spaces required to be protected by a fixed gas system. Identified 2 engine room, natural ventilation, air supply ducts where the ducts installed were not closeable. fabricate supply duct closure system to prevent CO2 from escaping in case of an emergency.

Clean area in the main passenger compartment prior to carrying passengers. Identified main passenger compartment with paints and chemicals during the vessels maintenance period. O/O states the maintenance supplies will be removed from the vessel prior to service

A dry dock inspection in accordance with 46 CFR 176.600 must be conducted while the vessel is hauled out of the water in a dry dock. On wooden vessels fastenings may be required to be pulled for examination. Under 46 CFR 176.800 material conditions and standards not specified in 46 CFR sub-chapter T, must be maintained in acceptable standards as "good marine practice" and using guidance from NVIC 7-95, enclosure 1 chapter 4.K.2, existing vessels, built to sub-chapter T, fastener inspections should be conducted every 5th year of service in salt water. Complete a fastener inspection prior to operations.

Valve for NR3 void was found inoperable
