a) at least 1 must have a lifeline secured around the body of the buoy. If more than one buoy, at least one must NOT have a lifeline attached.(60ft)
b) at least 2 must be fitted with a floating electric waterlight attached by a 3-6ft lanyard with a corrosion resistant clip fitted around the body of the buoy.
*Vessel had 3 lifebouys, all with line, all with lights (only 2 of the waterlights were working). Remove at least one lifeline, and ensure all waterlights are working and attached properly (3-6ft lanyard). 46 CFR 141.360(c)
