Vessel's original wires remain in-service on the vessel and its protective coatings are fatiguing exposing bare wire. Vessel has multiple unapproved splices. Replace all original wires with approved stranded wire. Prove new wires are installed and dead end wires are removed. Provide approved wire connectors for each connection.
