At each initial and subsequent inspection for certification of a vessel, the owner or managing operator shall have the vessel ready for inspection to include the operation of weather tight closures. The gaskets in the weather tight doors openings were ripped. Replace ripped gaskets in the weather tight doors of the pilot house.
