The hydraulic return line the serviced the ship's anchor was found leaking on deck and found corroded in various spots across one length. Repair hydraulic return line servicing the ship's anchor in conformance with RO standards.

Wing nuts were found to secure the battery terminal connections servicing the port generator. Replace wing nuts with a more permanent terminal connection or ensure current connection is not susceptible to ship or machinery vibrations. 46 CFR 111.60-17(b)
