The Company should establish procedures to ensure that the ship is maintained in conformity with the provisions of of the relevant rules and regulations. In meeting these requirements the company should ensure the inspections are held at appropriate intervals, any non-conformity is reported, with its possible cause, if known, appropriate corrective action is taken; and records of these activities are maintained. Vessel is enrolled in ABS Planned Maintenance Program (PMP). A review of randomly select items from the annual vibration and oil analysis reports, identified that several critical components required immediate attention (Bow Thruster Lube Oil Pump, Air Operated Oily Waste Transfer Pump, #1 Main Propulsion Generator). Review of the vessels SAMMS maintenance program revealed no corrective actions had been taken for these items.
