Vessel is missing the required MF-DSC frequency transmitter. Vessel is restricted to operating less than 20 nautical miles until MF-DSC frequency transmitter is installed in vessel.

Vessel only had plastic nozzles and a straight stream nozzle onboard. Replace with nozzles meeting the aforementioned requirements.
