An immersion suit of an appropriate size complying with the requirements of section 2.3 of the code shall be provided for every person on board the ship. All immersion suits were size XL (180-188 cm height) and many crew members are much shorter and could not don the suit due to its size. 74 SOLAS (14 cons) III/32.3.2

Ship service generator 3 rear main seal, on this leak the crew has tied down a fan to blow oil back under the generator. These leaks have not been reported to the captain as per SMS. ISM Code A/9,10
