Resolved 19 September 2006
Resolution: The loose packing was replaced with a new one and installed by the chief engineer. After replacement, the emergency fire pump was operationally tested and found to be satisfactory. Discharge pressure and suction pressure were adequate.

Resolution: The pressure indicators on the EEBDs were found corrected by the plastic sticker.This correction was certified by the Nippon Hakuyohin Kentei Kyokai. The error is due to the variation of the manufacturing process of the pressure indicator on the EEBDs.
