Observed the pressure relief valve installed on the CO2 distribution manifold is to be past its test date and vessel could not show the last maintenance on the fire detection and control system.

f your vessel's Certificate of Inspection is renewed less often than annually, the marine inspector must check the settings of the safety or relief valves on all pressure vessels, except cargo tanks, twice every 5 years. No more than 3 years may elapse between any check and its immediate predecessor.
Observed the pressure relief valves on both air receivers did not have a tag indicating a pressure test date. Vessel operator could not provide documentation of servicing.
