During vessels material inspection, MIs identified the following items; 1. Excessive wastage in top plate of fuel tank and aft bulkhead of compartment. Clean area to bear metal and take gauging measurements to asses condition. 2. Fuel tank pick up pipe is severely wasted. Clean to bear metal for inspection and preserve. 3. Two holes near PORT side deck drain in fuel tank compartment and one near deck drain STBD side in fore peak. Make proper repairs. 46 CFR 176.05-5(c)
