Vessel lapsed required DDX/ISE inspection dates on 01JAN2025. Make vessel ready for dry-dock and internal structures examination. Prior to carriage of passengers/cargo, vessel must receive credit dry-dock.

A vessel with a pre-engineered fixed gas fire extingushing system must have a means to reset devices used to automatically shut down ventilation systems and engines. Vessels FM200 (Fireboy) system's Engine shutdown and reset operation was not functional at the time of inspection. Must be corrected prior to carriage of passengers.
