2120; Mixed Garbage was found in all containers in the Crew / Officer pantries, which included cigarette butts. We were told smoking was only allowed in the Officer and Crew lounges. The crew could not explain how the cigarette butts got there. The 2/E said they only burned sludge and paper in the incinerator, however we found gasket material and other items.

During the fire drill we had one of he crewmembers from the first aid squad lie down in the [name withheld] stretcher. The other members were to secure him for transfer to the hospital. They filed to properly secure him for transfer, LSA 2.3
