Approved temp repairs will permit operation with a 3nm restriction until permanent repairs are approved and completed in next dry dock.

No repair proposal was submitted prior to repairs, repairs were inspected after the fact but deemed acceptable. Vessel is restricted in it's route to operate no more than 3nm from shore until permanent repairs are completed during it's next dry dock and prior to the 2027 operating season.
