Vessel limited to daylight operations until 2" of retro-reflective tape is applied to four evenly spaced points around or on both sides of the body of the life buoy. Retroreflective material on ring life buoy is missing in places and needs to be renewed.

At each inspection the bilges and other spaces may be examined to see there is no excessive accumulation of oil, trash, debris, or other matter that might create a fire hazard. Vessels engine room, primarily the starboard side has engine leaking excessive oil on and below the engine, missing intake filters causing fine particulate oil mist to emit during operation, oily rags in the bilge, oil in the overhead and the engines raw water pump access plate is leaking. Clean and make available for re-inspection of the engine room.
