Vessel's VHF radio was missing GPS input for DSC functionality. Install GPS input into VHF radio to the satisfaction of the attending marine inspector.

Vessel's stern light was inoperable. Stern light was replaced during inspection.

When tested, the speaker located in the passenger bunk room was inoperable.
