Each liferaft must be stowed to permit manual release from its securing arrangements. Liferafts are stowed onboard in cradles fitted with maintenance stanchions that prohibit manual release of the liferafts. Crew unable to remove stanchions. Remove stanchions and demonstrate liferafts can be manually released from their securing arrangements.
