At each initial and subsequent inspection for certification of a vessel, the owner or managing operator shall be prepared to conduct tests and have the vessel ready for inspections of the hull structure and its appurtenances, including the following: (1) Inspection of all accessible parts of the exterior and interior of the hull, the watertight bulkheads, and weather decks. Two windows in main deck dining room were removed due to damage. Vessel will cover openings with two sheets of 5/8" plywood. Passengers are not permitted in space until windows are replaced. Crewmembers are to conduct rounds of the space every 30 minutes. Vessel not to operate when actual weather conditions exceed three foot waves, 40kt winds from any direction, or 30kt winds from NE to SE. Vessel restricted to north of lighthouse when winds exceed 20kts from NE to SE.

Vessel is installing a new hot water heater in lower galley. Ensure heater is installed as per 46 CFR 119.320 as applicable, with a stated UL rating, and a pressure-temperature relief device.
