Galleys must be surrounded by B-15 Class fire boundaries near flat plate griddles, and open ranges with heating surfaces exceeding 121 °C (250 °F).
The cooking appliance installed on the vessel is rated to 450 degrees F.
Derate the cooking appliance so it does not exceed 250 °F or provide surfaces within 3 ' of the ccoking area that meet B-15 Class fire boundaries.
