Each self-propelled vessel, except as provided in paragragh (d) of this section, must have an electric or mechanical engine order telegraph system from the navigating bridge to the engine room. Vessel's engine order telegraph from the #1 pilothouse to the engine room has an inoperable lever in the engine room that does not accurately display commands. Vessel is to repair the engine order telegraph communication from the #1 pilothouse to the engine room.

Doors in "A" class bulkheads shall meet the following requirements: door frames shall provide at least a 1/2 inch door stop at all sides and on top. The door leading to the compactor room ("galley stores" on FCP) is to be an A-class door per the FCP, but there is a gap on the top of the door between the door leaf and door frame. To be addressed at next credit dry dock.

Bulkheads of "A" class shall be constructed to be capable of preventing the passage of flame and smoke for one hour. The bulkhead between the 2nd Mate's office and cleaning gear locker is rated as an A-class bulkhead per the FCP, but there are two multi-cable penetrations in the bulkhead that are not properly sealed. There is also a single cable penetration above the cleaning gear locker door leading into the passenger accommodation that also needs to be sealed. To be addressed at next credit dry dock.

Vessel experienced a high vibration on the #1 end. Upon investigation, it was found that the propeller was missing a blade.
