Garbage Management plan is not being followed in accordance with MARPOL 5. Garbage and plastics found in their burn barrel on deck. There is nothing in their garbage plan addressing the burn barrel. This must be corrected by not using a burn barrel and upon approval by a CG inspector.

Action required: 40 - Rectify deficiencies prior to next US port after sailing foreign
