The arrangement of the retroreflective material applied after March 11, 1996, must be as specified by IMO Resolution A.658(16).

Portable fire extinguishers must be located so that they are clearly visible and readily accessible from the space being protected. The installation and location must be to the satisfaction of the Officer in Charge, Marine Inspection.
Portable fire extinguishers are not properly stowed in correct bracket. Ensure correct brackets are being utilized for extinguishers.

Port pontoon was found by owner to be damaged after vessel was hauled out for the season. Bottom of port pontoon appeared to have a 2-6" inset in the first four watertight compartments. The first watertight compartment was found to have a crack welds. The second watertight bulkhead was crashed at the bottom with cracked welds.
