The arrangement of the retroreflective material applied after March 11, 1996, must be as specified by IMO Resolution A.658(16). Ring Life buoy is missing retroreflective material on buoy. Place required amount of retro reflective material equally spaced on both sides of ring life buoy IAW IMO Resolution A.658(16)

Port pontoon was found by owner to be damaged after vessel was hauled out for the season. Bottom of port pontoon appeared to have a 2-6" inset in the first four watertight compartments. The first watertight compartment was found to have a crack welds. The second watertight bulkhead was crashed at the bottom with cracked welds.

Resolution: Grindstone Fabrications Inc. cropped and renewed bottom section of damaged compartments. Air test was completed for each compartment and welds checked with soapy water solution.
